Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saleoye website at saleoye.com (the "Site") and the Saleoye Android application (the "App", and together with the Site, the "Service"), operated by Saleoye ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. What Saleoye Is

Saleoye is an independent discovery platform that aggregates publicly available sale and discount listings from fashion brands and retailers in Pakistan. We are not a marketplace. We do not sell products, process payments, take orders, ship goods, or handle returns. Every product link redirects you to the original brand's or vendor's own website, where the actual transaction takes place under that vendor's own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian. The Service is intended for users in Pakistan; if you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Accounts

You may browse the Service as a guest. To save items to a Wishlist, you can create an account using email and password or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App, or by emailing hello@saleoye.com. Deletion is permanent and removes your Firebase user record and any synced Wishlist data stored under your account. Guest (signed-out) Wishlist items remain local to the device and are removed when you uninstall the App or clear App storage.

4. Third-Party Links and Purchases

All purchases happen directly on the third-party retailer's website. Saleoye is not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. We are not responsible for:

• Order placement, payment processing, or fulfilment.
• Shipping, delivery, or any associated charges.
• Returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims.
• The quality, safety, or legality of any product listed.
• The accuracy of any vendor's product description.

All disputes about a purchase must be resolved directly with the retailer concerned. Vendor websites have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Accuracy of Listings

We work to keep prices, discount percentages, stock status, and product details current, but third-party retailers can change prices, end sales, or remove products at any time. Saleoye does not guarantee that any deal shown is currently available, nor that the displayed price will match the price at checkout. Always verify the final price on the vendor's website before completing a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or copy data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Saleoye name, logo, design, code, editorial copy, and product curation are the property of Saleoye and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Brand names, logos, and product images displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify those brands' publicly listed sales.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except for the personal, non-commercial use of viewing listings and clicking through to vendor sites.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saleoye disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saleoye, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes — but is not limited to — losses arising from inaccurate price information, expired sales, transactions with third-party vendors, or unavailability of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Saleoye harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms or harmful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App or deleting your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be announced via an in-App or in-Site notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
