Delete Your SaleOye Account

1. Or delete from inside the app (immediate)

The fastest way. In the SaleOye Android app:

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first — this is a Google security requirement for destructive actions.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your saved items (your Edit), tracked products, and brand alert subscriptions are removed from our systems, and your Firebase account record (email, or Google profile data if you used Google Sign-In) is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

• Email: hello@saleoye.com
• Subject Line: Delete my account
• Response Time: Within 14 business days

We verify that the request comes from the account owner’s email address before deleting. Once processed, the same data listed above is permanently removed.

3. What is deleted, and what is retained

Deleted with your account:

• Your account credentials — email address, or your Google profile data (name, email, photo, Google user ID) if you signed in with Google.
• Saved items (“your Edit”) synced to your account.
• Tracked products and their price alerts.
• Brand alert subscriptions.
• The notification registration for every device you signed in on, so no further alerts can reach you.

Retained after deletion, per our Privacy Policy:

• Support emails you sent us — kept for up to 12 months for reference.
• Anonymous crash and diagnostic data held by Firebase Crashlytics — retained under Google’s default window (typically up to 90 days) and not linked to your deleted account.

SaleOye never collects payment details, so there is none to delete.
